Fields Environmental has environmental professional staff that provide in depth, comprehensive Phase I Environmental Site Assessments (ESA's) in accordance with the American Society for Testing and Materials (ASTM) E1527-13: Standard Practice for Environmental Site Assessments in order to fulfill due diligence when engaging in commercial property transfers.
