Fields Environmental, Inc. is an environmental consulting firm headquarted in Bloomington, Indiana that provides consulting services for property owners, buyers, sellers and developers, as well as banks, insurance companies and government agencies. We develop innovative, cost-effective, and result-driven strategies to mitigate issues affecting property, whether the solution involves remediation or correcting a misperception about the site's environmental status.
We routinely conduct soil, vapor intrusion, and groundwater investigations and reporting, indoor air testing, monitoring, and mitigation, radon assessments, lead inspections and lead risk assessments, (leaking) underground storage tank (LUST/UST) closure, due diligence, phased property assessments (Phase I/Phase II ESAs), waste characterization, environmental compliance and reporting, brownfield redevelopment, and remediation of heavy metals, chlorinated solvent, PCB, and petroleum contaminated properties. Fields is committed to maintaining its expertise in effective solutions for the constantly evolving environmental landscape.
